For Cleaning Services

  • Please clear any personal items from the areas we’ll be cleaning.

  • If you’ve booked carpet cleaning, vacuuming beforehand is appreciated but not required.

  • If you have pets, we recommend keeping them in a separate area for their safety and comfort.

🧼 During the Cleaning:

  • Our team will arrive on time and perform a thorough, professional cleaning using industry-best equipment and solutions.

  • Depending on the service, drying times may vary (for carpets, usually 4-8 hours).

🧼 After the Cleaning:

  • We’ll walk through the space with you to ensure you’re satisfied with the results.

  • If you have any concerns, let us know before we leave or contact us afterward!

 
For HVAC Services

❄️ Before Your Appointment:

  • Make sure someone 18+ is available to let our technician in.

  • If possible, clear any obstructions near your HVAC unit for easy access.

  • If you’re experiencing issues, take note of any unusual noises, smells, or performance problems.

❄️ During the Service:

  • Our technician will inspect, clean, and tune up your HVAC system or diagnose any problems.

  • If repairs are needed, we’ll provide a detailed explanation and upfront pricing before proceeding.

  • We’ll go over our findings and recommendations.
